Cancellation for wedding parties should be done at least two weeks in advance. Please refer to our wedding card for details. Changes or cancellations of wedding day appointments should be done at least 72 hours in advance or they will be charged one half the cost of the service. Cancellation for regular appointments should be done at least 24 hours in advance. The Salon reserves the right to require a credit card number for appointments that have been no-showed repeatedly. If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours we will charge your card 50% of the service cost.
Because we are a very busy salon we encourage you to schedule your next appointment before you leave. We will be happy to accommodate any schedule changes for you. We also offer a courtesy call to our clients to remind them of their appointments the day before.
Prices are subject to change without notice. final prices will be given in the salon with the stylists’ involvement after a consultation. The prices quoted are a basic price structure.
Everyone loves to spa and a gift voucher is a great way to share the love. Please bring your voucher to your visit and remember to use it before the expiry date or it can’t be used and that is just sad. We can’t refund vouchers or exchange for cash but you may be able to change what treatment the voucher was bought for. Just talk to us first.
